Ecosa Pillow FAQ

If for any reason you are not happy with the Ecosa pillow, just email us to let us know and we will arrange to have the pillow collected by the Salvation Army to be donated to families in need. Once the pillow has been collected, you will be issued with a full refund.

Your delivery time frame depends on your location in the USA. Once we receive your order, we will dispatch it within 1 business day (Monday - Friday).
The Contiguous United States: 1-5 business days
Alaska and Hawaii: 3-7 business days

There sure is! As with our mattress, you have 100 nights to trial the Ecosa pillow. If you don't love it, let us know and we will arrange a return and full refund.

The Ecosa pillow has been designed to be plush but still supportive.

Our pillow has an ergonomic design to support your neck and head. This can help alleviate neck pain. It has been designed with an adjustable feature so you can change the height of the pillow to suit your body size and sleep style by removing or adding pads as required.

We suggest
Small-Medium body builds: use the pillow only.
Medium-Large body builds: use the pillow plus one pad layer.
Large body builds: use the pillow plus two pad layers.

It is best to use a pillowcase with the Ecosa pillow as this will keep the pillow fresh and clean.

The cover of the Ecosa pillow is removable and machine washable. It can be washed in a cold machine wash or dry cleaned.
