Queen Sofa Beds

Ecosa queen sofa beds are 3-seater sofas (however, please note that our 3.5-seater sofas with in-built storage convert into double beds). Sofa bed dimensions vary, so please check the individual product pages for specific details.

As well as our queen bed size sofa bed, Ecosa sofa beds come in long single or king single (for our 1.5-seater armchair sofa beds), double and king-sized options.

A queen sofa bed from Ecosa takes standard queen-sized sheets.

To make a sofa bed more comfortable, add breathable bedding, a lightweight quilt or blanket and a high-quality pillow like the Ecosa Pillow. Recommended by CHOICE, our contoured, memory foam pillow delivers dreamy neck support for all sleep positions and is height-adjustable for custom comfort.

If the sofa bed is old or the mattress doesn’t suit your guests’ firmness preference, a mattress topper can add support and make it softer or firmer.

Brands use a variety of mechanisms in their sofa beds, but we’ve kept things simple. To convert your Ecosa sofa into a bed, remove any decorative cushions and pull/fold out your mattress from the top. Voilà – a comfy bed in seconds!
