{ "title": "Frequently Asked Questions", "items": { "default": [ { "title": "What size sheet can you use on a sofa bed?", "description": "The size sheet you can use on a sofa bed depends on the mattress size. In the Ecosa range, our 1.5-seater armchair sofa beds fold out into a long single mattress and fit standard long single sheets. Our 2.5-seaters convert into a double and take standard double sheets, while most of our 3-seaters are queen sofa beds that take queen-sized sheets. Roomy and luxurious, our 3.5-seaters generally take king-sized bedding.

This does vary by model, however, so make sure you check the details of each product before purchasing." }, { "title": "Are sofa beds easy to convert from a sofa to a bed?", "description": "Most modern sofa beds are designed to be easy to convert from a sofa to a bed. Have an Ecosa? You can easily pull or fold out your mattress in just 2 minutes. " }, { "title": "Are sofa beds comfortable?", "description": "Sofa beds can be very comfortable – so long as you do your research and choose a quality product.

Some cheaper or poorly designed sofa beds have thin mattresses that are less comfortable for extended use. Quality sofa beds, on the other hand, often come with thicker foam, spring or hybrid (pocket spring and foam) mattresses for superior support and comfort.

Investing in a model with a high-quality mattress is worth it – especially if you plan to use the sofa bed frequently for sleeping. Consider buying your sofa bed from a mattress company (like Ecosa), as these companies prioritise mattress quality for improved comfort, support and durability. And, as a result, better sleep quality." }, { "title": "What sizes do Ecosa sofa beds come in?", "description": "Ecosa sofa beds come in long single (1.5-seater armchairs), double (2.5-seater and some 3-seater sofas), queen (most 3-seaters), and king size (most 3.5-seater sofa models)." }, { "title": "Which Ecosa sofa bed is best for everyday use?", "description": "Built for comfort and durability, all Ecosa sofa beds are designed for daily use. Compared to fabric upholstery, leather is easier to wipe clean, doesn’t trap fur, and is less likely to absorb odours.

That said, claws can still leave marks, especially on softer, more natural finishes like the l semi-aniline leather used in our Ecosa sofas. The answer is simple – both mattresses and sofas are built on the same fundamentals: foam, springs, comfort, and durability. This is where our expertise comes in.

We’ve spent years perfecting foam and spring technology to create products that stay comfortable, supportive, and durable for the long-term. The same engineering, materials and craftsmanship that make Ecosa mattresses exceptional are exactly what make our sofas exceptional too.

In fact, a mattress is subjected to far more demanding use than a sofa. You sleep on your mattress for roughly 8 hours every night, year after year – and you expect it to maintain its support and comfort for 10 years or more. We give you that.

On the other hand, sofas are only used for a couple of hours a day (and overnight for sofa beds), yet many start to sag within just a few years – but not at Ecosa.
